Evaporation of fluids

Steam / Evaporation:

With the 2Wet device, adding water or other custom fluid to a gas stream, generating pure steam or vapour is easy. The evaporation temperature is PID controlled, and the fluid added is precisely controlled by the device with resolution in nanoliters. The device is volumetric, and takes into account fluid density, composition, and temperature.

The default evaporator is 280W, 150ºC. More powerful options for high steam throughput and/or elevated pressures are available.

The device is suitable for example for humidifying fuel cell gases, providing steam for electrolysis, producing the carrier gas for chemical vapor deposition (CVD) applications, providing low, high, or alternating humidity for biological experiments.
